Dialect Build LLC is hiring!

We’re a locally owned, woman-owned, and veteran-owned construction company looking to add another laborer to our crew!

We work throughout Elmore, Autauga, and Montgomery counties on a variety of residential construction and improvement projects.

We’re open to experienced laborers as well as students and individuals who are interested in getting started in construction. No previous experience is required for entry-level applicants, and we’re happy to provide hands-on training.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting with residential construction and renovation projects
• Helping with ADA ramps and accessibility improvements
• Assisting with land clearing, grading, and general site preparation
• Loading, unloading, and organizing materials and tools
• Keeping jobsites clean, organized, and safe
• Learning construction skills alongside experienced crew members

What we’re looking for:

• Someone reliable who shows up ready to work
• A willingness to learn and follow directions
• Good communication and teamwork
• Attention to safety
• Previous construction experience is a plus, but not required

Position details:

• Part-time employment
• Flexible scheduling, including hours that work around school
• Jobsites throughout Elmore, Autauga, and Montgomery counties
• Hands-on training available
• Pay based on experience and responsibilities
• Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
